Steve has over 22 years of experience in implementation and client interface. Prior to co-founding CreativeNote, Inc, he worked in the software industry as the core developer of smart application softwares such as BEA, Vignette, and BroadVision.

He has extensive experience in e-Commerce development, front-end integration and CMS. His experience includes programming in highly-scalable platforms such as C, C++ and Java as well as other programming languages built for server-side, front-end and database integration.

He has a proven track record of developing applications using a variety of tech stacks, including ASP.NET Core with Blazor, Next.js, and MERN. Barbara Colombo-Taylor

Barbara is a writer with over ten years of experience working in the field of public health. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and a Masters Degree in Public Health from California State University Northridge in 2005. She has written numerous grants on behalf of CreativeNote clients which include government agencies, private sector businesses and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes grant writing, research, and development of business proposals and website content.
